ABOUT US
Started by Dan Christmas and Julien Thomas in 2009, Busted Pixel began as a story of two adolescent boys' inner struggle to find themselves in the big city. It was pretty boring and I wouldn't recommend seeking it out. Luckily, in an attempt to breakaway from impending cliches, Busted Pixel quickly became a sketch comedy group of pop-culture proportions. While things started out as an over-dramatic endeavor, it quickly became something a little more humorous.
Busted Pixel began as an attempt to make fun of all things video games, even if it meant bringing about uncomfortable situations. Like all early sketch groups, it began to quickly evolve. In a desperate attempt to avoid risking boredom, we here at Busted Pixel confirm that everything is fair game, even that one movie. Prepare yourself.

Dan Christmas

Dan Christmas is a young man who has been writing and directing his own short videos since he was thirteen years old. He purposely chooses NOT to call them "Films" or "Movies", because that would imply that the stories didn’t largely relate to toys being set on fire, with Queen playing in the background.
Dan has won several awards for his videos, such as a "Best Short" award for his adaptation of “The Da Vinci Code", which featured Lego’s being set on fire in slow motion, while "Don't Stop Me Now" played on repeat for 45 minutes. He still gets angry emails from the Catholic Church.
Julien Thomas

Julien Thomas is a simple kid who enjoys the simpler ways of life.
He has had it quite easy growing up despite what others may think
considering he is part...well....you know.
Julien has been "acting" since he was about 11 years old.
He has been involved in an array of plays, one-acts, musicals, etc..
Before "Busted Pixel", he has only had little film experience;
including a small part in an independent film and working on a
few short films here and there. Basically, he's a professional. Be impressed!
Chris Riley

Chris is a never ending party-sized bag of Chex Mix, every time you stick your hand in you find someth- let's move on to something a little less risqué, it's making us all uncomfortable
Chris developed a near obsession for sketch comedy at an early age(it was a little creepy), but never managed to do anything with that love. Instead of writing his ideas, he performed them in the mirror, before his morning shower. The amount of flacid flopping male parts, mixed with poorly written shit jokes quickly became a staple for Chris' work. Let's not lie, every sketch group needs at least one shit joke.
Peter Vicklund

Peter Vicklund is an anomaly, he most likely doesn't exist. Not much is known about him other than the fact that he insists that he can speak cat(pretty useful in this YouTube driven world). This is probably not true. He also says that he can beat anyone at Magic the Gathering. This is also probably not true.
When Peter is not doing undercover work for the government under the code name of “Iceman,” he devotes his time to acting. You may have seen Peter in such films as The Boondock Saints, Lord of the Rings, and Lost, episode 12, season 2. He is also the voice of Chef from South Park. At least, this is what he tells everyone that will listen. Which means that it is very likely that once of again, it is probably not true. His proudest accomplishment to this date has been the invention of the lightbulb, which he originally named the iPod.
